l agent in 2017. I first walked down Main Street USA in Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom Park in 1980. I can still remember that special feeling I had…I was home. Both Disney and I have grown tremendously in 40 years, but one thing remains the same. When I enter the parks, I still get the same warm and magical feeling! My vast knowledge of destinations comes from my love of traveling. I am a Walt Disney World planning expert, but I am also an experienced vacationer with Disney Cruise Line, Disneyland Resort in Southern California and Aulani a Disney Resort and Spa in Hawaii! With every reservation I make, I give special attention to exactly what my clients are looking for and what is important to them. Many people have a “bucket list” which holds a list of dream vacations. I have a saying for my clients “don’t just dream it, do it”. Landed in Orlando yesterday and had a great first day at EPCOT’s Festival of the Arts! What a unique event that is included with your price of admission to EPCOT. Today we head out to Port Canaveral to board the beautiful Disney Wish!

I’m on my way to Orlando for a stay at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort! While I’m there I will be soaking in all the happenings at EPCOT’s Festival of the Arts before sailing on the beautiful Disney Wish! I will be attending a Disney Cruise Line Travel Agent Education Program. Learning is a BIG part of my job to better service my clients.

1️⃣ Choose the Right Ship, Stateroom & Itinerary
The most successful vacations begin with choosing a ship that offers something for everyone in your family and ensuring maximum comfort from your family in your stateroom! There are many itineraries to choose from including Eastern & Western Caribbean, Bahamian and more! 🌴☀️

2️⃣ Book Early
The best time to book a Disney Cruise is going to be as soon as itineraries become available! Not only will pricing be the best but of course the availability to get your desired stateroom and dining time will be better as well! 🗓️

3️⃣ Download the Navigator app
The Disney Navigator App is your personal guide to everything happening on a Disney Cruise! Here you will find features such as the Daily Schedule to view all activities, shows, and events happening on your cruise, Dining Info to check restaurant menus, dining times, and your dining rotation, Ship Maps to navigate the ship with ease using detailed deck plans, and a Chat Feature to stay connected with your travel party using the in-app messaging system. 📱⚓️

4️⃣ Book Your Onboard Activities and Excursions
If you are a first time cruiser, you will have access to book your desired activities that require a reservation 75 days before your sailing! At this time you can choose to reserve times for select character meet and greets, book an appointment at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, specialty dining and so much more! 💅🍷

5️⃣ Book with a Travel Agent so you don’t miss a thing!
When you book with me I make sure to let you know exactly what you need to know to find the perfect cruise for you and your family and I will also ensure you are aware of important dates regarding your cruise! 🚢 📱

One of the questions I get asked most as a travel agent is “when is the least busy time of year to visit Walt Disney World?” ⁉️

Well, with Walt Disney World always offering great special offers, new attractions and celebrations there really is no true down time anymore! However, with that being said in previous years I have noticed that by visiting in early January (after the holiday season) and early February, as well as late August through early September, it can mean fewer crowds! 🗓️

My clients have also had good luck the week right after American Thanksgiving, which typically offers cooler weather and beautiful holiday decorations without the larger holiday crowds! 🎄

My advice - the best time for you to travel is going to be the best time for YOUR family as everyone has different vacation time and obligations! Let’s work together to figure out when that is! 📲

✨Once my clients travel, Disney pays me for my assistance with booking and planning their vacations. While some travel agents do charge additional fees, my clients do not pay anything additional to me. Their vacation packages cost exactly the same as if they had booked it themself online or over the phone.
