Protect your credit score. You are liable for any unpaid mortgage, credit card or loans you co-signed. I learned this the hard way in 2021 when my ex failed to make payments on a credit card I was a co-creditor on. From one missed payment, my credit score went down 60 points.

The most important factor that impact your credit score are: Payment history, utilization, credit inquiries and length of credit history. The things that will lower your score most are missed payments and high utilization.
Tip:
It’s best to spread your credit card use across multiple cards than to have a single card at a high utilization level. So rather than having 9000 on a 10000 limit card, spread the use across 3-4 cards and keep it below 30%s

I'm a big advocate for self rediscovery and healing after a relationship or marriage. Dating or being married to another person changes us and we need time to reconnect with our true selves after. A bad breakup hurts and we often run to others to sooth our aches but unfortunately if you don't do the internal work, no one can help you. So ladies and gentlemen , take time to recapture your true self before offering yourself to someone new. Case in point: Mackenzie Scott (Aka Mrs Bezos). This may not be the reason why her marriage ended, but I couldn't help but think she rushed into the new marriage way too soon after divorcing Jeff.
What do you all think, is there a timeline to starting a new relationship after a breakup?

Growing up, I’ve always viewed as something only rich, white people do and though there is some truth to this: they are expensive but not out of reach to the average, middle class. With the right planning it’s a dream worth living; the smallness you feel when you see these big animals in nature.

When picking a hotel, one of my deciding factors is the hotel’s design and decor. I love picking locations that have elements of the local history and traditions and my choice of was all I expected and much more. The hotel was designed to incorporate many elements of Arabic and Swahili design : from high arch ways to intricate wood works and the halls are filled with historical memorabilia plus service was impeccable. What elements do you look for on your hotels ?.

The are a semi- nomadic tribe found in and . Their lives and livelihoods revolve around their cattle which is also a measure of how wealthy a tribe or person is. Most of their nourishment comes from cows: milk, cheese, butter, oil, meat and blood 🩸. Yes, they cook with cow’s blood and they drink it too and I was privileged to participate in this tradition. So why do they drink cow blood? Because it’s a great source of nutrients and an amazing antidote for a hangover 😆.
Amazingly they extract the blood from the cow’s jugular vein without killing it and apply mud with herbs to help the cow heal afterwards.

Because you can’t travel international doesn’t mean you should give up on traveling. With the pandemic raging on, travel is still possible is you take precautions. I recently traveled down south on an 8 day road trip and Savannah GA was one of the places I visited.
Savannah has a romantic feel to it, the Spanish moss covered trees, the beautiful parks with their fountains, the food, the history. I enjoyed my time here but can’t wait to return.
One of its iconic parks is Forsyth park , with is beautiful fountain and cool grassy areas beckoning to you for a picnic.
