I love building and creating pleasing spaces where people can live. I have been doing this since I was paying my way through the University and enjoyed it so much that it became my life"s work. It has become my goal to continue to learn the new and innovative ways to meet my clients needs as I work through projects. I love the details and the organized process that make successful projects. I have

been blessed to have a son join me in the business who has the same high standards of work which I have tried to do my whole career. I started my first company which specialized exclusively in concrete work for 10 years. We did residential, commercial, as well as stamped and designer concrete. I then began building homes and ended up building high end custom homes all the while using my concrete skills to enhance the high quality projects. When the economy dipped, I did almost exclusively remodel projects for 15 years, some exceeding four million dollars in value. Then for the next approximately 10 years I focused on large commercial projects building metal buildings and associated structures. Fuel islands, repair shops, office structures, parking lots, and temporary housing needed by the oil boom. I have gone back to either building new or renovated homes and structures in Heber, Midway, or Park City and supplying quality finish materials for those projects. I enjoy the work, and especially working with clients wanting a great building experience; those who want a well built structure using the latest innovations where applicable.
