Meet another member of the awesome TBG Team: Maethea Mae Rodgers - Dream Vacations - Agent of Travel by Georgia ! Mae is originally from Georgia but now calls Fernandina Beach, Florida home with her husband, Charlie, and two adopted beagles. "We love to travel and explore new places. We're foodies that want to enjoy the culinary experience everywhere we go."
Mae’s background includes three decades of Property Management where she says the part of the job she enjoyed most was event planning - including a large scale charity fundraising event that featured 15 restaurants and a live band. Mae was also Director for Omni Hotels & Resorts, where she gained a lot of valuable knowledge of luxury hotel management and vacation rentals. She now owns a Real Estate Brokerage and Property Management company in Georgia and Florida where, among other things, she assists customers with booking vacation rentals. She says helping people plan their vacations is her passion and one of the reasons she chose to become a Travel Agent with Travel By Georgia.
“My family refers to me as 'The Planner’ and they know I will have the vacation planned out to the very last detail. My desire is to do the planning for families and friends that want the perfect escape. Whether it’s a special occasion or just to relax and refresh, my goal is to make every experience full of fun and great memories."
