An idea for a day trip from Orebic, the main town in Peljesac peninsula. Buy a ticket for hop on hop off boat from one of the vendors in Orebic. Visit Badija, Vrnik and Korčule. Our best recommendation is Lumbarda town in Korcula and least favourite Badija. Badija does not have a nice beach but has a beautiful Franciscan monastery and deers running around free and very friendly. Consider, we are talking from the perspective of a family with a 7 year old child.

We went to Korcula town with a passenger ferry that leaves every hour from Orebic town in peak season. The ride is pleasant, short and scenic, through the channel between Peljesac peninsula and the Island of Korcula.

Peljesac bridge. Construction started on the 30th of July 2018, and is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2021, with the access roads finishing completion in June 2022.

One of the reviews on TA says: "Jelacic Square is a large downtown square in Zagreb, surrounded by multi-storied buildings with screens flashing the latest advertisements.
Several tram lines run through the square, with crowds of people boarding and getting off the blue tram cars.
It's a great place to people watch and begin a walk around the adjacent old town.
The square takes its name from the prominent statue of the Croatian national hero Josip Jelacic that dominates the square.
Originally created while Zagreb was part of the Hungarian part of the Austro Hungarian empire, the Jelacic statue was in storage during the Yugoslav era and reemerged in 1991 when Croatia became independent.
We found a good bakery here also, right across from the tram stop."
