Last weekend, we went on a hike to Changu Narayan temple, the oldest temple in Nepal, and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
I am in love with this place since I visited it 8 years ago.
Changu Narayan temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and is a pure traditional Nepali style temple. It was recently renovated. So we, obviously, HAD TO COME VISIT! 😊
Did you know that here, you can find the oldest inscription in Nepal, dating back to year 464?
You need to try this snack. 😋 It's my favorite snack in Nepal (especially during summer). You have to try Dharane ko Aloo Nimki (now available in Kathmandu as well). And you can make it at home too. It's super easy to make. 😁
What's your favorite snack?
Beautiful people in beautiful Bhedetar ❤️
Beautiful new Hindu temple in Biratnagar!! 😍
Again, I really didn't expect Biratnagar to be such a cool, clean, colorful and historically interesting city. Biratnagar is full of surprises. If you're in the East, please take the time to visit.
