This is fantastic news!!! Bermuda is my favorite island and now those of us in CT can get there so much easier!!

You will be able to fly nonstop from Connecticut to Bermuda in the spring. BermudAir will begin direct service from Bradley International Airport (BDL) to Bermuda (BDA,) beginning April 3. Day 7…it was a Perfect Day at Coco Cay. The day went by way too fast. Sad to see our week on this beautiful ship end. Loved spending time with my daughters but can’t wait to get home to see my husband!!

Day 6, a little unsettled weather to start our last sea day but we had an excursion booked for a galley tour so it worked out perfectly. Enjoyed another ice show after lunch and by the afternoon, the clouds started to break and we were back enjoying the outdoor decks.

Day 4 and 5 included stops in St. Kitts and St. Thomas. We decided to stay on the ship in St. Kitts and enjoy a reserved daybed in the Hideaway complete with champagne. With less people on board, we rode the fun water slides multiple times! So much to see and do onboard!

Day 2 on Icon of the Seas was a relaxing one soaking up the sun. So many places to sit and relax indoors and out, in the sun or the shade. Everywhere I turn, I am so impressed with the design and finishes on this ship! Here are a few photos from Sunday.

For all of my cruise enthusiasts, I am currently on Royal Caribbean’s Icon of the Seas, which is the largest cruise ship in the world. This ship is absolutely beautiful, amazing, and my new favorite! So much to see and do and despite it having more people on it than the entire town I live in, it hasn’t felt crowded or chaotic one bit! I highly recommend if you are looking for a fun Caribbean cruise from Miami. When I get back, I’d love to help you plan a cruise or another vacation you have in mind.
