Islamorada 2.0/Day 1
This is our 2nd time traveling to Islamorada, Florida as a family of 3. We flew from Newark to Fort Lauderdale and rented a car to take down to Islamorada. We chose Fort Lauderdale over Miami mostly to save us time and aggravation. Miami is technically closer but it’s a larger airport. We had zero issues at baggage claim or the car rental. Everything was super easy and quick and easy to navigate at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood Airport. We were sitting on the dock having a tropical drink, eating lunch at Buzzards Roost Key Largo. Highly recommend 👍🏻
