Magic Properties We offer very nice vacation rentals at a reasonable rate in attractive locations. We focus on guest service and making sure they have a fantastic stay.

Magic Properties is a small, family owned company that owns and manages vacation rental houses in Florida and Colorado. We chose these locations because live or used to live in the area. We take great pride in providing very nice, affordable houses for families and small groups. All of these houses are setup the way we like them because we stay in them on a regular basis.

Studio Grill just opened a few weeks ago by our Florida properties. I have been a few times and it is great! It's so convenient to have a movie theater less then 10 minutes from the houses! At Studio Grill you can eat in their restaurant area OR right in the theater. Be sure to get there a few minutes early to put in your order before the movie gets started!

I have had the pleasure of staying in 2 of our houses and doing some updating and maintenance the past 2 weeks. And we're really excited to be working with our new management company to make sure all our guests needs are met. They remained calm this week when 4 of our 5 houses had a back to back on Saturday. Our housekeeping crew just kept plugging along with a smile on their face. I was very humbled by how hard they were working for us. Looking forward to coming regularly to make sure we are offering the best experience for your guests vacations❣️ 🏰🧙‍♂️🐊🌴

We are super excited to announce that Carey and I recently purchased and updated a new house near all of the parks in central Florida. It is a 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath with a south facing pool in a resort community with all kinds of great amenities.

Our Story

We are originally both from the mid-west but met in central Florida while working at Medieval Times. That was quite the adventure. About 23 years ago we decided to move to Colorado together and get married. We now live just north of Boulder, Colorado. We have two boys, both attending universities.

​We purchased these properties because we still have friends and family in Florida and love to go to the mountains. While we do hope to rent these houses as much as possible, visiting family, friends and spending time together is also extremely important for us.

We have found a lot of satisfaction and success in renting vacation homes and hope to continue growing and enjoying the journey.
