**School Holidays 2025**

All of the prices below are cheaper than Haven’s hideaway breaks for a comparable caravan sleeping 8 (3 bed bronze). Booking with us you are guaranteed full central heating, free WiFi in the caravan, decking, outside seating, a panoramic sea view and a parking space right outside the front door.

As owners we are not allowed to provide play passes, you can buy these from Haven once we have registered your booking if you so wish. You will need these to book swimming, activities and go into the show bars.

We request a £100 deposit to secure your date with the balance due in full 8 weeks before your stay.

Beds can be made up on arrival for an additional £10 per room.

Sorry no pets.

We are located on a private no through road, surrounded by other owned caravans making it a nice secure and quiet area of the park. Five minutes walk to the complex and less than ten minutes walk to the beach.

**Terms and Conditions of Booking**

1. To secure your date we require £100 deposit
2. Full balance is payable 8 weeks before your stay. We will only refund after this date if the holiday can be resold.
3. We do not accept pets
4. Due to the park rules we cannot accept group bookings (girls weekends/ stag and hen do’s etc)
5. We are unable to provide entertainment passes which you’ll need if you wish to swim, book activities or go into the show bars. These can be booked directly with haven once we have registered your booking
6. Beds can be made up on arrival at a cost of £10 per room

The 2025 diary is open.

-3 x bedrooms and sofa bed - sleeps 8
-2 x toilets (1 x main bathroom with shower and 1 x seperate toilet).

-decking to side of caravan.
*amazing views*
-42 inch tv in lounge and 2 x smaller tv’s in bedrooms.
-Full central heating (combi boiler) for those colder nights/mornings.
-Full size (built in) Fridge/Freezer.
-5 x min walk to main complex and 10 x min walk to onsite beach.

Our holiday home at Devon Cliffs is ready for bookings for next season (Mar-Oct 2024)

A 3 x bedroom caravan at Devon Cliffs located in a quiet area of the park with stunning views.

We have our own parking space (tarmac) for one car.

Close to main amenities - short walk.

Gas cooker and hob and includes heating.
