Our Story...

The Guest House has been a part of my family for many years. In 2014, we purchased the property from my grandparents and began the process of renovating the house. The Guest House used to be fully “electrified” for the Christmas season by my great-grandparents. So much decoration, that they opened their home to the public for tours. Many people from the community and surrounding communities know of the property, it just wasn't known as The Guest House.

There is so much family nostalgia within the walls of The Guest House that we wanted to make sure we did the renovation properly. The Guest House has new wiring, plumbing and we even added central heating and air conditioning. Along with the creature comforts of home, we wanted to share some of the treasures we uncovered during our renovation. We have used an eclectic group of furniture as well as other decorative pieces to make The Guest House warm and inviting.

In addition to being a rental property for our family, The Guest House will also serve as a gathering place for the members of our extended family. It’s a great place for us to celebrate family events and holidays as well as make new memories. We are so excited to share The Guest House with you and hope that you will enjoy making memories there as well.
