Request for dinner tonight... Lovely NY police detective traveling solo wanted a home cooked meal, so I made her an organic salad, Thai green curried chicken and veggies and a fresh feijoa and mango sorbet for dessert garnished with caramelized white chocolate and toasted cashews... She generously supplied the wine.... Big time nomnomnoms in Koru Kitchen tonight! Xo

Somebody's gotta do a quality check of the mineral hot tub... want to be perfect when guest return from gondola ride to the top to have a fab birthday dinner while sun light fades over the lake and the stars light up the sky... bliss!
