Saffron Muslim Womens Retreat Spain Muslim Womens Self Discovery Retreat but women of all faiths welcome

Join us for an intimate holistic experience that will energise the body, uplift the soul and nourish the mind. The goals of this retreat are:

* to provide a safe space for Muslim women young or older and mothers or single to talk, share and grow.

* to explore aspects of spirituality that will provide a positive context in which to live our lives.

* to create a safe space in which we can expres

s ourselves without judgment and be free, to dress as we find comfortable as there will be no males around.

* Self-reflection, the seeker will find benefit in sitting with individuals or can go on a journey of self reflection and spend some time with “getting to know yourself.”

*Where you decide under no pressure how you would like to utilise your time at the retreat, be it in prayers, talking, swimming, reading or group activities for example yoga without any pressure. We women will come together where we can let our guard down, swim, play, cook, Yoga, listen to music, dance or just let your hair down, or you may decide to take time away alone for self reflection to connect to your spiritual side.

*The spectacular scenery and penetrating silence of this spiritual place which is in Andalusia Spain provides a perfect setting for prayer, study, meditation and fellowship and relaxing.
