I'm excited to announce the release of the newest book based on my music, "Allergic", illustrated by the amazing artist Scott Smith, of Skahfee Studios.

“Allergic” is a reminder that, even though nature might sometimes slow us down, it doesn’t have to keep us from enjoying life with the ones we love. So far this week, I have visited libraries in Lake Geneva, Darien, Fontana, Elkhorn, and Genoa City, WI! On Thursday I will finish off my 2-week tour of the Lakeshore Library System with visits to Sharon and Williams Bay, WI.

Here's some exciting news: Next school year, Westfield School in my town of Winthrop Harbor will be using my songs for their 1st Graders' Winter Concert! The kids will sing, dance, and play my songs for all of their family and friends; I honestly can not think of any greater honor for someone in my business!

However, there is a problem: I can't decide which songs to pick for them to do! They will be singing 4 or 5 of my tunes and the teacher would like to also include some movement/dancing and maybe one or two with shakers or other light instruments. Of course, I would like to represent both my first CD, and the /upcoming one I am working on.

So, I am asking for help from my super-fans out there. Many of your kids (and even some of you moms) know and love the songs as well as I do! Which of my songs do you think would be best for such a 1st grade concert?

Very excited to be performing at the Palatine Public Library this morning! My youngest daughter, Cecilia is joining me today, AND it will be the very first concert for my newest niece, Alexa Rose Morris! (I told Cece she has to teach her baby cousin all the moves)
