Happy National Hot Chocolate Day! Make a batch of homemade hot chocolate mix to enjoy yourself or give to friends! This simple recipe makes 8 servings. Sift together 2 cups confectioners' sugar, 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder and 2 cups powdered milk or instant nonfat dry milk. Add mini marshmallows and put in small jars or containers to give away. To make your hot chocolate, combine equal parts mix and hot water. Enjoy!
