I help professionals develop their "Signature Presence-at-Work"... the personal presence they need to succeed. You can expect to have from self-assessment to implementing personal action plans:
- a clear understanding of your presence and its impact on others
- a stonger personal brand using a 5 step process to re-brand your presence
- results: recognition, more opportunities, business success an
d achievement
I often deliver my trainings live and in-person. However, I'm adding training and group coaching in a virtual live on-line format ... for easy access without detracting from the learning experience. My clients span across generations/business and are usually:
- newly promoted to leader, manager or sales professional
- are moving into something new at work/career
- want to try something new outside of current work/career situation
- want to re-engage in their current state
They are motivated, see value in learning and development, and are willing to invest in themselves personally and professionally.

20 years ago today I registered Special Projects Consulting (now Signature Presence at Work) as a business. I lived in Southern New Jersey and with the help of the Small Business Development Center at Rutgers University-Camden I was able to start my business. I will always be grateful to Dr. Pat Peacock for all of her help, support and belief in me.
