This is a beautiful home, very thoughtfully appointed. The kitchen has all the items needed to make easy or complex meals. The furniture is comfortable and in excellent condition. The decor is tasteful. The home is deceptively large. When you pull into the driveway, the curb impression is a nice home, but perhaps average. Inside it is spacious and anything but average.
Additional things we noted:
The pool is lined on two sides by a solid fence, and the backyard appears to be some sort of natural preserve, the result is complete privacy when enjoying the back patio, pool, and whirlpool bath.
Josefina is very responsive to messages/questions.
There are nice touches, such as umbrellas by the front door (sometimes needed for the afternoon thunderstorms).
All in all, it is a wonderful place to stay and we would comfortably recommend it to friends.

Wow, this place was very nice! We enjoyed our stay..the pool, theater room, dining area fit us all.. the rooms were spacious and comfy. The kitchen was awesome as we had every untisil or appliances we needed. Very clean and organized 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽. We will be back!

An amazing stay. All Airbnb’s should be like this. The movie theater was such an unexpected treat. The house is immaculate and very well furnished. The host was extremely responsive. We would love to come back.

Best choice I made every thing was fantastic and awesome at this house. My family drove down from Georgia and they were so comfortable and impressed that the house was this perfect me and my family don’t have one complaint or negative feedback to say about the house or the house also this was my first time using air bnb so I’m glad this has been a terrific experience thank you so much and I hope you continue to make other guests just as happy and well pleased with future up coming stays❤️

We had a fantastic stay here. The house is very spacious and has lots to do on days you don’t feel like going out. It was actually hard for us to want to go out and do things. The house was very clean. The theater room and pool were a great addition to the house as well. The house was close to the shopping center when groceries were needed. If we are ever in the area, we would definitely stay here again!

Disney Forest is a 5-bedroom fully remodeled, keeping in mind your comfort without sacrificing space!
✅ LOCATION- Our location is unique! 9 miles from Disney between Reunion and Championgates, close to Pubix, restaurants, and shopping mall.
✅THEATER ROOM- Sits eight on theater reclining chairs, 85-inch T.V.
✅ POOL/JACUZZI- Overlooks the forest, fully private from neighbors, lanai enclosure, and optional heater.
✅KITCHEN- Gourmet, oversized sink, quartz surfaces, top-of-the-line appliances, and fully stocked.
✅GAMES ROOM-Wall AC, Pool/Ping-pong table, Arcades, foosball, TV for videogame console, and PS-5 in the theater room!
