Here’s how to stay safe while getting outside:
☀️Avoid the afternoons. Try to keep your long walks and/or hikes in the mornings.
☀️Electrolytes! Your body needs more than just water to replenish.
☀️Wear layers to protect yourself from insects and ticks.
☀️Pack salty snacks to help with dehydration.
☀️Always apply sunscreen.
