🦀🕊From November to April every year. Lots of seagulls will fly from middle Asia to avoid cold temperatures. After 4 pm the weather won't be too hot. So you can take pictures and feed deep-fried pork to seagulls. And then after the sunset, you can have dinner at the army's welfare seafood restaurant (at the end of the bridge).
