One of their most impressive projects is the delightful Princess Margaret Coastal Trail which connects the Belmont Walkway to the spectacular beaches of Princess Margaret (Tony Gibons) and Lower Bay.

Preparing a delicious dinner for guests at Ramblers Rest!

Preparing dinner for our guests this evening.. on the menu is West Indian pumpkin soup, grilled lobster with garlic butter, fresh caught creole red snapper, breadfruit salad, curried peas over rice & breadfruit chips. For dessert toasted almond ice cream topped with toasted coconut & rum and 'coco tea' or fresh cacao hot chocolate!
