I am currently living in Denver, Colorado with my wonderful husband. I was born and raised in Southern California, lived in Minnesota for a while, and spent three wonderfully difficult years as a missionary in Romania, where I met my husband and gained a second home. I love all things cozy: a fire in the fireplace while the snow is falling outside, sipping a hot cup of tea or a latte while reading

a good book, knitting while snuggled on the couch watching a movie with my hubby. Sometimes I feel like an old soul trapped in a 26 year old body. I am a Christian and I’m still trying to figure out what exactly that means. I do know that I love God and I love people – though I’m not always good at it. I guess what matters the most is that I try. Feel free to take a look around my little nook in the online world. Comments and questions are ALWAYS welcome!

Things look a little different around here. I have a 2.5 year old so time is limited. I also have pretty severe carpal tunnel in my right hand so I haven’t been able to knit or crochet in a couple or years. I have found a new hobby that doesn’t cause a flare up. It started because I recently have become obsessed with house plants and have run out of shelf space for all my plants. So I learned how to do so that I can hang them too!
