Special thanks to .inc & everyone involved in the .football Tournament! We didn’t get the outcome we were hoping for but, I had a blast going up against some of the best touch football players in Canada. Looking forward to playing in the National tournament in Ontario, this fall and we’ll see where thing’s goes from there! I’m extremely grateful, I still get to play the game I love and to be recognized as a May Bowl legend is pretty special🏈 #2024 🏁

THOWBACK THURSDAY PIC🔥 Also, it’s very fitting, the NFL draft is today, in just a few hours. I’m extremely grateful for being blessed with the rare opportunity to play professional football. Check out these stats! There’s 310,465 high school seniors playing football. 70,147 play NCAA college football and 256 actually get drafted to the National Football League. Only, 300 rookies make a team. That’s only 1.6% of all college football players actually get the opportunity to play in the NFL. To accomplish this goal, you must be obsessed, extremely disciplined, put it the work and believe in yourself! 🏁

The man in this photo was taken in 1946. This guy is Ken Shimizu. He is 35 years old. He has 2 children. Shimizu never runs. Sleeps late. Eat whatever he wants. Even drink beer instead of water. Eat dinner with many kinds of food every night...
What does Shimizu do to get such a body?
Shimizu doesn’t have any secrets.
