Earthlings would like to remind you of the importance of Self-Care - especially during these hard times our world is facing now.

Take advantage of the one hour (or more!) of darkness and take some time for yourself and focus on your mental health. During earth hour, light a few candles and take a relaxing bath.

Or put on some music, brew a nice cup of tea, and focus on decompressing after a long week. Taking some time for yourself allows for mental clarity and will help you kickstart your week with new energy!

This year, we are facing Earth Hour in exceptional circumstances with countries around the world experiencing a health crisis with the outbreak of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).
