Finally fixed drivers door lock mechanism.
Removed flooded with degreaser and. Then re-lubricated with silicone. How long..... We'll see.👍👍👍

The new inverter getting a coffee test before the ladies head out on south west adventure.
Smooth as. Took solar about 3 minutes to fully recharged. 🤣

No longer needed. The intake and recirculation system completely removed.

Rebuilt wing mirror and replaced bottom bolt for securing obscured mirror..

Just spray and reattach spotties

Finally visor back on.

Some issues with the panel beaters changing the shape causing the top curled edge to foul.

Removed again and ground out their bog job to close up the opened rolled edge.

Success.
Top rivet easy. Bottom had to lift up visor to get in.
Once brackets attached tightening bolts saw clearance of touching edge increase.☺️👌🙌

Going black. The stone guard got a scrub, sugar soap, wire brush and rust treatment. Then primer and a good coat of black.

New windscreen back in. New seal and some black goop. Not enough black goop for my liking.

Repair update. All done and being put back together tomorrow. New metal that's what we like to see.

Visor prepped for refurbishment which I'll get the chop shop to do.

Dedicated inverter outlet. I can and probably will plumb it into the bus inlet. This would be convenient but the on off is obscured which this option solves.

Everything off and the mess is being revealed.
I hope I don't need to remove any dash as I'm hopeful no rust in bottom sill. Monday to Wangara

Off with the clothes it's time for a bath. The body needs treatment vent and windscreen.

Price so far no insurance $900 new screen installed Novus, O'Brien had a deal on about same with new rubber but take it in.

A couple of weeks in the making. Remodelling of the bus electrical.

Everything now 12 aux source other than original bus wiring, which includes rear speaker.

Some of our favourite spots down south changed to bookings only. #2, #5 best for the bus. Toilets and firewood.
