Founded in 2015, LTB focuses on basketball and character development of all ages. Our travel teams c LTB takes the right approach to basketball training.

Four years ago, a group of parents approached Coach Luke Toth about the struggles and frustrations they had with their travel basketball program. At the time, Coach Luke was a private school teacher and varsity assistant basketball coach, and was training youth players after high school practices. Luke started one travel team that year, and in just four years Luke Toth Basketball (LTB) was establi

shed, growing to over 20 teams. The primary reason for such success is the method in how we conduct youth basketball. While many programs, coaches, and even some parents fail to see what youth basketball is all about, the LTB model and structure has a proven success record, and is what sets us apart. Our basketball philosophy prepares players to become better players, but also prepares these young players for life. All teams and coaches within our program will make the commitment of following the LTB philosophy!

LTB Club is pleased to announce five (5) Directors for the 2025 Spring Season. As we move into year seven (7) as a travel basketball program, LTB has grown to over 500 players, with 320 of those players competing in our spring season. We want to establish our program as one of the top player development programs in the state of Ohio. Our LTB Directors will oversee players, teams, and coaches, to make sure the LTB model is being followed and implemented as we continue to grow. Please see more information below:

🏀 Rakayla Iwais will return as the LTB Girls Director for her second year.

🏀 Brian Klypchak has been named LTB Director of the Boys Youth Program. Brian will oversee all teams in grades 3rd through 5th on the boys side.

🏀 James Cooper has been named LTB Director of the Boys Middle School Program. James will oversee all teams in grades 6th through 8th on the boys side.

🏀 Larry Brazil has been named LTB Director of the Boys High School Program. Larry will oversee all teams in grades 9th through 12th on the boys side.

🏀 Dave Sanford has been named LTB Director of the East Boys Program. Dave will oversee all teams in grades 4th through 12th on the East boys side.

By request, this winter LTB will continue to offer challenging small group training sessions in multiple locations throughout northeast Ohio! Our player development workouts are designed uniquely for each player. After analyzing and examining the player’s skills and abilities, we design a unique improvement plan for each player. Each plan is designed to improve the players skills and knowledge of the game. We create unique workouts and training sessions that focus on many different areas and aspects of the game. Here are some of the areas and skills we work on in a typical workout or workout plan:�

🏀 Ball-Handling On-The-Move
🏀 Finishing Moves
🏀 Jab-Step and Ball-Fake Series
🏀 Using Ball-Screens
🏀 Stationary Shooting
🏀 Shooting On-The-Move

🏀 Defensive Footwork

Our workouts also look to build character, consistency, and work ethic. Sessions consist of 3 to 8 players per session.

We have over 50 players signed up for our Normandy Youth Basketball Tryouts tonight in Parma Heights! We are excited to partner with Coach Durkin and Normandy to bring a great youth basketball experience to the Parma area this winter season. 🏀❄️

Thank you to all players, coaches, and parents for a great 2024 Summer Season! We had close to 80 players this summer, participate in weekly skill sessions, scrimmages, and a few organized games. We held close to 30 total sessions June through August. Thanks to everyone for a great summer! 🏀☀️
