The Disney Destiny will take its maiden voyage on November 20th, 2025 from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida!

One of the top reasons to visit Disney in the summer is the phenomenal resort pools and waterparks. It’s absolutely the BEST way to cool off from the Florida heat! With super fun features like water slides, music that plays underwater, splash pad play areas for the littles etc.— Disney pools simply can’t be beat. 💦
I always recommend building at least one resort relaxation day into your Disney itinerary to take ample time to enjoy your resort pool. Had a great time at Typhoon Lagoon. Didn’t get many pictures because we were having too much fun in the water now for dinner at the trip with a strawberry coconut matcha cone and dole whip from Swirls on the Water. So much fun was had without stepping a foot in a theme park!!
