UPDATE! We have decided to give in (🤣) and offer afternoon rides Monday-Friday afternoons! As well as our Saturday and Sunday rides! Remember: it’s $50 dollar deposit upon booking rides, the remaining balance is due at ride! We had a couple spots open up for the Beltane retreat this weekend (May 5-7)! Wanna get away this weekend and/or know folks who might? We have such a cool menu (all vegetarian) and itinerary planned. Some highlights: afternoon writing workshop inspired by sovereignty goddesses Persephone and Blodeuwedd, picnic brunch and heart chakra meditation by the creek, ecstatic dance and automatic writing in a giant fairy ring we’ll build together, language of flowers, divine feminine, and fairy oracle card pulls, Beltane singalong chants by the bonfire…and that ain’t the half of it. Come welcome in May and celebrate the wild greening of the land with us!

Resting in the Hollow

Downing Hollow Farm is a magical place full of sunshine and babbling creeks, mysterious forests and mossy rock outcroppings. It’s a place you can watch the fireflies lift up from the pastures, hear the whippoorwill sing her lonesome song and enjoy the cool air drifting down through the hollow. Stay overnight in the farmhouse or cozy cottage, camp, cook to your heart’s delight in our commercial kitchen and hike to the waterfall along limestone creeks. Dogs are are more than welcome, in fact, they are encouraged.

I use homegrown vegetables from my garden to make my Mediterranean, Southwestern and Asian bowls which I deliver frozen into Memphis and the Savannah Tennessee area. I’m trying new recipes all the time and have an Italian, Korean and Cajun one in the works. All my bowls can be made vegetarian.
