It’s fair and festival season in Ohio!

Actually the season started in the spring, but the best ones seem to be this time of year, just before summer vacation ends and classes start for school-age kids.

It’s summer’s last hurrah of riding the Tilt-A-Whirl, winning games for stuffed animal toys, parades and seeing all your friends.
