"AN UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE "😨

I was travelling back to my college by Jet Airways and I had a very horrible experience while carrying my luggage. They said I am carrying 21 kg extra luggage I don’t know how it is possible because the same luggage I carried through indigo showed no extra amount. I had to pay Rs.8500 for the extra luggage. 💫The staff was so ill-mannered that they asked me either to pay the amount or leave the place.
I was forced to pay the said amount as I had no other option. 😩Thank god I had enough money in my card to pay otherwise being a student I wonder how would I have managed the situation.
A traveller behind me travelling to Goa 🏄with his family was badly miscommunicated by the crew they asked him to go to domestic terminal-1, but actually his flight was in international terminal-2. He was having around 5-6 baggage🛅 which he was irritated in carrying from one place to another due to
miscommunication. When he came back to the international terminal he was informed that the check-in baggage time is over and he no more can board the flight. 👻And they did not help him in any way. I really sympathize with him; he not only lost his flight money but also one day of his precious holiday time.
The only thing I realized in today’s experience was how costly and painful 😓the luggage could be to a simple middle class family. For the first time I realized how Luggage could be a barrier to our happiness and comfort.
Being a co-founder of SmartCoolie, I am proud that my startup solves these issues and eases the passengers. We will be starting our operations soon.💐
