Walt Disney World:
***Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party (separate ticketed event) is select dates August 9-October 31. Tickets go on sale to Disney Resort Guests May 8 and to the general public May 15.

Disneyland:
***Oogie Boogie Bash (separate ticketed event) is select dates August 25-October 31. Ticket sales still to be announced.

Disney Cruise Line:

At Walt Disney World, there are so many fun activities to do beyond the Disney Parks. Our family enjoyed Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf one afternoon. If you book a Disney Resort and ticket package, one round of miniature golf is included before 4:00pm most days with your Magical Extras Card.

Fantasia mini golf is themed through the musical movements of Fantasia. Each hole has a short poem with a clue about how you should play the hole matching the theme and movement of music.

When you are staying at a Disney Resort, you definitely want to plan at least part of a day to enjoy the Resort. Our family rented a cabana at Stormalong Bay Pool at Disney's Beach Club and enjoyed a nice, relaxing afternoon. You must be staying at the Disney Resort that has cabana rentals. In addition to having a dedicated server for ordering/purchasing food and drinks, the cabana rental included snacks, fruit tray, dessert tray, bottled water, apple juice, and soft drinks.

If you haven't stayed at Disney's Beach Club before, checkout the pictures below of a 2 queen water view room with daybed, the Stormalong Bay pool (which has sand on the bottom) and lazy river, Beaches and Cream restaurant (there is a To Go window for ice cream only), Cape May Cafe (Dinner buffet and Minnie's Beach Bash character breakfast), and the Solarium for quiet indoor activities.

The Resort is in the perfect location to walk to EPCOT and take the Skyliner or Friendship Boat to Hollywood Studios. It is also easy to explore the connected Disney's Yacht Club Resort, walk or take a Friendship Boat to Disney's Boardwalk Inn, Swan, or Dolphin Hotels.

Our family is ready to go back to Disney's Beach Club!!!

Our family just got back from a week at Walt Disney World! We stayed at Disney's Beach Club. I planned our vacation just like I plan vacations for my clients. Even though the Disney Parks were crowded, we didn't feel the crowds very much with a strategy to start the day at each Disney Park, plans for stacking Genie+ Lightning Lanes for park hopping, Disney table service dining reservations, and afternoon breaks from the Disney Parks at a reserved cabana at Disney's Beach Club, Fantasia Gardens miniature golf, Disney Springs, and Disney's Blizzard Beach waterpark.
