🍽 Dining Reservations
WDW has some of the best snacks, drinks, and restaurants around. Did you know, you can start making dining reservations 60 days from your check-in date? Disney releases new dining reservation time slots every morning at 6:00 am for those restaurants that accept reservations. Don’t want to get up that early? That’s why you have your travel agent to do it for you!
💲 Final Trip Payment
A $200 deposit is only required at the beginning to book the trip. The remaining balance can be paid off all the way up to 30 days prior to your check-in date. You can make small monthly payments through your travel agent or pay it all in one transaction.
⚡️ Lightning Lane Passes
There are many different options with Lightning Lane Passes. But here are just the basic information highlights. Those staying at Disney Resort Hotels can start booking your Lightning Lane Passes 7 days prior to your check-in date. Those staying off property or Annual Passholders can start booking your Lightning Lane Passes 3 days prior to your check-in date. Start the process at 7:00 am on the first day of eligibility. Don’t want to get up that early? That’s why you have your travel agent to do it for you!
✈️ Flight Check-In
Flying to Florida? Make sure you download the respective airline app on your phone. There, it keeps you up to date on departure and arrival times as well as passenger check-in. 24-hours from your departure time, you can check-in to try and get the best boarding spot possible.
⛱ Resort Check-In
It’s the start of your magical Walt Disney World vacation! You can get checked in to your resort starting at 3:00 pm. Arriving early? Don’t worry! Leave your luggage with Bell Services in the front of your resort and start enjoying the parks or Disney Springs before heading to your room. You can utilize Bell Services the day of check-out as well!
