When I think of how far I’ve come in life in general...and most definitely in the last year, it really can make my head swim a bit. The past 9 days I’ve been (intermittently) checking out my fb memories from last year when I had 75% of my Liver removed for a GIST tumour.
⠀⠀
I won’t lie and say it hasn’t been emotional seeing all the love from everyone when I was in the midst of all of that. It was overwhelming in such a positive way.
⠀⠀
According to the original prognosis, from back in 2011...well let’s just say I have amazed my team of experts with how things have gone for me over these past 7 years. But it’s of no surprise to me!
⠀⠀
This has been an opportunity of a lifetime, and an experience that I honestly wouldn’t trade for the world!
⠀⠀
So today’s memory was especially poignant because I noticed it standing in my kitchen today, a year after the pic on the left was snapped, same spot, same dress...totally different Berns!

I have so much appreciation for the clarity that this has brought me. And this past week in particular as I start a new chapter of unlocking even more amazing potential within me.

Oh, and I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has been with me personally and in spirit through this wonderful journey! I’m so looking forward to what’s to come!!

Building our dream business together means it’s so imperative for us to spend time on our relationships as well. Because just like our devices that we MUST plug in and recharge, we have to do the same with our partners/spouses/significant others.

Otherwise the relationship just won’t work. At least for us. One of our common love languages is quality time. That and, of course, HUMOUR! I love how he makes me laugh, every single day!!

🙏🏻 I feel pretty grateful on this Sunday evening, that we have a very clear vision of what we want, why we want it and the roadmap and vehicle to achieve EVERYTHING in our sights.
We all want a little more financial ease in our lives, right?. I’d be lying if I said Dali and I don’t want and need more financial resources to make ALL of our dreams come true for ourselves and our family.
❤️ We want to be able to say YES more without worrying or thinking... “Wait...what?! How much does that cost?!” And without having to say “Sorry, we can’t make that happen yet!” 🙁 It breaks our hearts to disappoint!
I know it’s not the most comfortable thing to talk about but I also know if we are feeling these feels, there’s gotta be others who feel it too.
We all want more and it’s okay to want more. Bottom line...these things and experiences we want cost money. And most of us are STUCK when it comes to figuring this out. There are only so many hours in a day and only so many hours that you can trade your time for money! And some of us are already stretched so thinly to make ends meet as it is.
Here’s what I know for sure tho.
🌟🌟🌟 We CAN have everything we want!
💡 It won’t happen overnight. In fact we are already one year into our 5 year plan!
💥 It will take GRIT and perseverance.
🤷🏻‍♀️ It will take not worrying about other’s opinions.
💫 It will take personal growth and adding massive value to the world!
✅ It will take new skills, which are all learnable!
🙌🏻 And it will take 100% belief in our ability to achieve our goals!
And the best part? Besides KNOWING that we will succeed? Knowing that we will only achieve our dreams by helping others achieve theirs! We are in this together for and with YOU! And we couldn’t be more excited for what the future holds for us!

This woman right here 🙌🏻 my friend , Barbara...Yogini, energy shifter, light bearer, wife, mom, friend, fellow team member and inspiration...I had the pleasure of spending 5 days with her last week in Nashville and it was just so special to be around her!

I just have to share this because it’s SO POWERFUL!!! Losing weight can be done by cutting calories. Boom. Changing your lifestyle so you never have to “diet” again is something else!!

Dreams really DO come true! Our company, (thanks to our generous compensation plan) allowed Dali and I to make Kaia’s dream come true of being in the Canadian Education Exchange Program possible 🇨🇦❤️🇫🇷 Laurie just arrived yesterday and we love her already!
And talk about generous...they’ve just announced an incredible opportunity for us to win an all expenses paid trip to Disney World!

✈️ Homeward bound. One flight away from being with the people I love the most, my family. It’s been an exhilarating and powerful 6 days in Nashville. 15,000 people, and I, “Get it!” And if I have anything to do with it, each of YOU will get it too!! We are on a mission to improve our health and financial wellbeing, and help as many people as possible do the same.
So much growth with my team. So much incredible business training with some of this profession’s most powerful and influential leaders and game changers, who also are aligned with my beautiful company. So many things to reflect upon which I will be dropping here on the socials. But for now...just reminiscing on this impactful week and taking in this gorgeous setting sun. And excitedly anticipating my (delayed) flight and getting home.
