Did you know you can access your booking on the computer or website and pay your balance?
It also shows any perks you are eligible for such as Sailor Loot and Bar Tab. It will only be under one sailors name. You can have both sailors gain access to it once on the ship.
I am currently touring 20+ resorts on the Yucatán peninsula and unable to access the agent website to process payments and my calls are not going through. It’s so strange.

❤️We had the most amazing time on Virgin’s Scarlet Lady cruising to Key West and Bimini last week!
Ask us any questions you have about our Barcelona to Athens cruise below!

***Final payments are due May 15th. If possible, let’s get it done early. I’m seeing people still not assigned cabins on a few pages and others being offered a different option. As soon as all final payments are made I can request the Santorini private excursion and a group dinner reservation.

I have been checking for airfare options on every available agent site. However, I cannot secure contracted airfare unless you are staying at least three nights in one hotel.

It is recommended that you book your flights to ensure control over any changes and maintain flexibility with regards to travel plans.

While we previously had a supplier who could provide us with competitive fares even without the minimum stay requirement unfortunately they went out of business recently .

Nevertheless I can assist you with Hotel reservations as well recommend Hop On And Off Tours Park Guell La Sagrada Familia Restaurants if needed.

***** With the above being said Virgin is now showing less expensive air than anywhere online. The website is being crazy as usual and I’ve seen the price change 3 times.

Boada’s Cocktails is the oldest bar in Barcelona. It’s not very big inside and only serves cocktails but it’s a must stop for an afternoon or pre dinner cocktail. Sneak in while the shoppers are shopping.
The bartenders are very talented.

I wanted to give everyone a heads up as I leave Wednesday evening for Amsterdam for another river cruise and some in depth training. It is a working trip for me. Please reach out with any questions you may have regarding our Med cruise or any travel and I will reply when able.

Virgin has air from PHL and Newark. Newark has nonstop flights. I can book you now through Virgin and I have hotels available. Reach out to book.

Pack a red outfit for Scarlet Night - you can be fancy or casual at all times. It’s up to you. There is no dress code onboard.

If you need flights and hotels pre and post let’s start booking them now. You are able to make payments with final payment being approx 60 days prior to travel.

🗓️Hi everyone! 254 days till we sail!

If you are following the other FB page about our sailing you may have seen a woman has a sold out excursion. She didn’t book it through Virgin Voyages but through a private company.
I am able to make dinner reservations and book private excursions for just our group and will do so as soon as they open it up. Most likely I will book just a Santorini excursion as that will assist us in getting on the island privately.

✈️ I do want to address air and pre and post hotels. Since everyone will be traveling at different times and arriving and departing on different days I can book your air and hotels on a personal basis and recommend excursions for pre and post. Please let me know when you are ready to book your air. I plan on using one or 2 hotels in Barcelona and Athens.

Each cabin received $600 when you booked. This handy Bar Tab Calculator will help you decide if you need more.
When you purchase a Bar Tab on the app they give you a bonus. You must purchase before the cruise.

Ahoy Sailors! We are sailing on a SOLD OUT cruise. I do have access to a few XL Sea Terrace cabins that are currently $3600 for 2 sailors in the cabin. If you know of anyone interested contact me ASAP as these will disappear by next week. It does come with a $600 Bar Tab. I will be sharing on my other pages but am letting you know first.

The only other chance for a cabin will be at the time of final payment when others decide they aren’t going and that is next year. The price will not be what we paid. They are only going to go up.
