अहिले उपत्यकाबाट बाहिरिने हजारौ जनाको भिड छ कारण बुझ्दा राजधानीको कष्टपूर्ण बसाइँको विकल्प खोज्न मानिसहरु हतारो गरि गाउँ गएको जस्तो लाग्छ किनभने सरकारले राजधानीमा बस्नेहरूको लागी घरभित्रै बसेर बाच्ने विकल्प दिन सकेन यो ज्यादै दु:खद कुरा हो । यस्को लागी सरकारले निम्न काम गर्नु आवश्यक छ। १) राज्यले दैनिक रोजगारी गरेर कमाई गरि खानेको लागी कम्तीमा १ महिनाको लागी पुग्ने गरि निशुल्क रासन ,पानीको ब्यबस्था गर्नुपर्ने । २) घरभेटीहरुलाई राज्यले लिने घर बहाल करमा केही छुट गर्ने र घरभेटीलाई घरभाडा पूर्णत छुट गर्न अनिवार्य गर्ने। ३) स्वास्थ रहन आवश्यक पर्ने सेनेटाइजर,डिटोल,माक्स जस्ता सामाग्री निशुल्क वितरणको ब्यबस्था गर्ने। ४)फोन, नेट तथा केबल टि.भिको रकम नलाग्ने ब्यबस्था गराउने। ५) टेलिभिजनबाट थप मनोरञ्जनात्मक र सचेतनात्मक कार्यक्रम प्रसारण गर्ने ब्यबस्था गर्ने। ६) अत्यावश्यक रूपमा राजधानी बाहिर जानुपर्ने अवस्था हो भने आवश्यक चेकजाँच गरि सेनाको प्रत्यक्ष निगरानीमा निशुल्क जाने ब्यबस्था गर्ने। यदि यी विकल्प दिन नसक्ने हो भने १० गतेदेखि पनि मानिसहरु अनेक दुख सहेर पनि गाउँ जान बाध्य हुन्छ्न किनभने गाउँमा कम्तीमा पानी किन्नु पर्दैन,खरानीले भए पनि सस्तो हात धुन सकिन्छ,बाझिएको खेत बारीमा खेती गरेर भनेपनी बाच्न सकिन्छ त्यसैले रोग सङै भोकले मर्न नदिन सबैले आफ्नो तर्फबाट सहयोग गरौं ।
