Forget resolutions! I’m here to help you find permanent solutions!

I believe we all have the potential to live a fulfilled, happy, healthy, and guilt-free life. Chinese New Year is the most widely-celebrated holiday in Chinese culture and involves a variety of traditional celebrations. From the lighting of fireworks to ward off bad spirits to the gifting of “hong bao” (or red envelopes filled with money) to wish prosperity upon loved ones, there are many aspects of the holiday for all cultures to learn about and take part in!
