“Montenegro-Express” with a major goal to serve main tour operators from abroad. It was providing all services as incoming agent for Neckerman, Thomson, Yugotours, ITS, etc and trough it’s efficiency played an important role in expansion of tourism in Montenegro. The company was formed as a proprietorship of the socie
ty (employees) according to the law of that time in former Yugoslavia. In 1998, Company has been privatized as a joint stock company. Atlas System subsidiaries acquired a majority shareholder stake at Montenegro-Express
