We live in a fast pace society and often it seems as though we can't find the time to exercise. However, there are some tips that will help. 1. Use the stairs instead of the elevator, whenever possible. 2. Get some of your office mates to walk with you around the building, on your break and lunchtime. Begin an exercise program and give us feedback.
