Maria and her family live on one acre in Austin, Texas, in the same neighborhood as the Waldorf School, which runs excellent summer programs. She is seeking to find a member to visit her home in June 2024. There are two tiny homes on the property, two sheep, one rabbit and one dog.

Au rez de chaussée d'une maison individuelle, nous aimons le calme et la sérénité qui se dégage de notre appartement, avec sa décoration épurée et ses plantes vertes. Sa situation est top pour nous avec les avantages de la ville dans une zone avec de la nature (canal , parcs naturels urbains ) .
Nous aimons la grande pièce à vivre du salon salle à manger. Elle est du côté d'une rue très calme, uniquement fréquentée par les habitants, où le soleil donne le matin. Dans la cuisine , nous profitons de la vue sur un jardin arboré et du soleil l'après midi .
Pour optimiser la place, nous avons installé des canapés amovibles confortables dans les chambres.
Il y en a deux doubles situés dans deux chambres différentes, un simple dans l'autre . Un double dans le salon.
Ce qui fait 7 couchages.
Nous avons une bibliothèque à disposition, des jeux de société et des jeux pour enfants que nous pouvons préparer. Il y a des tableaux noirs sur les portes de chaque chambre sur lesquelles on peut dessiner à la craie .
Ella prête également son piano .
Nous prêtons 3 vélos adultes et 2 tailles enfants.

Hi there, this is Matt, he lives in Canada, and is on a four month backpacking trip with his family throughout southern Europe. Their kids are 12 & 8 years old, and both have went to our local Waldorf school for the entirety of their schooling. They live in Guelph, and their school is called the Trillium Waldorf school.

They are currently in Spain, heading to Barcelona, and then onwards to France, Italy, and Greece. They are wondering if they could connect with any Waldorf families along their away, perhaps to be hosted for a stay of 1 or more days, or even simply for a meal while they pass through their area.

Easy access to Paris, Amsterdam or any German destination. The beautiful Rhine river valley is just around the corner. 😊

Hello Waldorf Community. A member’s 17 year old (Waldorf alumni) daughter from Canada and her friend would like to travel to Europe this summer (July) and experience the cultural life of the town / city she is visiting. She would especially love to visit Greece, France, Italy or Spain but is open to other meaningful possibilities. She is interested in doing a work away (board with family in exchange for work). She is an enthusiastic, hard working girl and also a wonderful artist. She is wonderful with young children and is skilled in many handcrafts. If you think you may be interested please let me know. The family welcomed a Danish girl in their home and while she looked after their children in exchange for room and board, and she became like a family them. Ideally this is a family with similar values. They are looking forward to hearing from you!

They live in a small agricultural town which is in the wine growing region of Colorado. A member lives in France, and will be traveling with her two children (11 and 13 years old) between October and December from Italy-Greece to Turkey (backpacks). Her children went to a Steiner school for several years and today they are home schooled. During the travel, she would like to meet new people and spend time with other families who share the same values. If a family agrees to host us for a few days in November (south of Italy- Greece ) or December in turkey it would be great! maybe many of you know Natalya, she and her husband are Waldorf teachers in Kiev and Natalya paints amazing angels, among other things. She had to stay in Kiev, Ukraine with her family, an elderly grandmother who can’t go very well, with 2 kids, her husband and their cat. I asked to be able to post this because their supplies are slowly running out. From Natalya’s website, please who can order an ONLINE 5 DOLLAR POSTCARD to support them, it would be very helpfull. She can't go to the post office now, so you can only order the online download. With each postcard, you also support the family, but they will also help other families in need.
