Unlike yesterday, I’m not feeling particularly verbose this evening. As my dear friend and teacher @luminikki taught me long ago, the yoga is enough. You don’t need to fill the air with stories and philosophy and truth bombs all the time. In fact, it’s better if you don’t.
So here is a snippet of my personal practice lately. I hope you find the time to move & meditate today. It will almost certainly make your day better, even if it’s already good.

It’s Day 7️⃣ of Get Your Sit Together.
It’s our last day of 10-minute practices: tomorrow we’ll start to stretch our capacities a bit. Just like yesterday, do 10 minutes of yoga and 10 minutes of meditation — but with a bonus challenge to add in a nighttime writing practice. You don’t need to write a novel, even your to-do list is fine. The idea is to get your thoughts, feelings, and whatever else down on paper before sleep so that you go to bed feeling empty and clear. It’s a good recipe for a truly refreshing sleep.
