If 2020 has taught us anything it’s be prepared for the unexpected. With this in mind, we have simplified our fares and made the upgrade path to fully refundable fares much more affordable!

You can still shift your sailing up to 1 hour prior to sailing, regardless of fare type. Plus to make it easier for you to have complete cover, our Refundable fares are now only a few dollars more than a Flexible fare.

If you purchase a Flexible or Refundable fare you will not be charged for changes for an equal or lesser value fare. You can transfer to a more expensive sailing simply by paying the difference in price. Bookings can be changed as many times as you need, providing your new sailing is within 12 months of your original sailing.
