We were walking with another woman and her dog. She spotted the owl sitting on the wire, that is the pics below.
She was getting nervous cause it was staring at her dog, so we started to walk away. I was behind her when the owl swooped down at her, she would have gotten nailed in the head if she hadn't ducked! We moved to the side of the road, near the bushes, and it came at us again! I picked up a big stick and we quickly got out of there.
It was thrilling to see a Barred owl fly but I could have done without the aerial attacks!🦉🦉🦉
