We are a professional vacation rental management company for travelers visiting Stowe, Vermont who want to stay in an updated, comfortable house or condo filled with modern conveniences making. But the problem is that there are so many vacation rentals in Stowe to choose from. Looking for a place to stay right in the village?... You just found it! From the moment you arrive at this adorable condo you’ll feel right at home. The house itself was built in the 1800s, and was originally part of the Green Mountain Inn as well as the home to a local jeweler for many years.

If you have stayed here before you won't recognize it now! Everything has been completed renovated right down to the walls and flooring. We especially love the kitchen which is outfitted with all new appliances and countertops, perfect for preparing a meal should you wish to forego all the great restaurants right outside your door.

While we love the kitchen - YOU will love the bedroom. Flop onto the brand new mattress after a busy day in the mountains and get a great nights sleep to prepare for the day to come! The newly renovated bathroom is clean and bright with a beautiful custom tile shower.

Guests will appreciate the easy access to the Stowe Bike Path, free shuttle up the Mountain Road, and the many restaurants, pubs, and local shops that are all conveniently located just steps away.

This unit offers a dedicated parking space right outside the door so that you won't have to travel far to unload your gear. There is also a small mudroom space with a ski rack.

Welcome to Stowe Properties

The journey to what would become Stowe Properties began with a vision - for their vintage chalet to become a place where vacationers could relax and enjoy, put their feet up, maybe feel a bit special. Don and Mary's natural curiosity about how to best provide a memorable guest experience snowballed into a complete understanding of what’s necessary to create a successful vacation rental. Their secret - maintaining high standards and using the same proven systems to now mange other properties whose owners have the same goals.

Their criteria - to start each and every property must be clean, comfortable, and convenient. Each are located close to all kinds of activities such as skiing, hiking and amazing local restaurants. Some are walking distance to Main Street, the Stowe Recreation Path, and the free shuttle up the Mountain Road; while others offer more privacy and space with room to spread out.

Love the idea of a vacation rental and thinking about becoming an owner yourself? Mary is a realtor and member of the team at Pall Spera Company Realtors. She loves to share her local knowledge about what Stowe has to offer and talk about the pros and cons of owning your own investment property or second home.

Fresh air and snow forts and leaf piles…growing up in Vermont, Don and Mary had the privilege of experiencing the beauty of Mother Nature all year-round. They raised four sons in the great outdoors and while the boys now live all around the United States, each one still considers Vermont home. Just as the business their family continues to grow, and they now cherish every minute of “fun with nana and grandpa” visits in the Green Mountains of Vermont.
