Fighter Beauty Review
Beauty review from a fighter
Jena has been in Thailand quite a few times mostly just for training Muay Thai. On this trip she'll be staying here in Chiang Mai for 9 months and we here at 1Stop asked if she could us do us a big a favor and review some of the items in the beauty section at 7-11!
Why 7-11? Well because they're everywhere and we'd like to start dissecting to uncover the most useful things we could find there.

Cream of Crabs
Originally a dish from the Dai people, a small ethnic group with roots in China, Myanmar, Thailand and Laos, Poo Oung has been embraced by Northern Thailand and is becoming a local favorite.
Made from the crabs digestive gland which is equivalent to our liver, the "crab butter" is mixed in a bowl with soy sauce and other Thai seasonings. Locals have put their own twist on this Dai dish by adding an egg to the mixture giving it a it a creamier texture and fuller look. After cleaning out the shell you place the egg and crab butter mixture back in and slowly cook it on a charcoal grill. Served along with sticky rice, Poo Oung is visually intriguing and palate pleasing.
