We have two houses (soon to be three) for sale, however we would consider an exchange or part exchange either way for property around Mihaltsi or Musina villages or between there and Sevlievo. The properties we have are a house in Resen (for sale for offers around 13,500 Euros), a house near Chirpan (10,000 Euros or n.o) and soon a house near Polski Trambesh with 6000sqm (offers around 12,000 Euros). All need work, some more than others. Ideally we are looking for a small house that is habitable with good roof, indoor bathroom and a small secure garden.

We have recently acquired this old house situated in a lovely quiet village, close to a lake and in the rolling hills of northern Bulgaria.

The house has originally been a gorgeous sweet home, with real character but as it has been left un-maintained for several years, there is now a hole in the roof and one of the back walls has collapsed.

The plot is 1250 sqm and on the edge of the village, very close to the lake. Ideal for fishermen!

The plot is now very overgrown.

It would make a lovely small holiday home if renovated, or could knock down and build a new property here or maybe just a wooden cabin or caravan as the plot and area is fantastic.

Its about 40 minutes from Veliko Turnovo and similar from Ruse and a bit less to Svishtov on the Danube with access to Romania.

As the house needs major repairs we are looking for offers of around 2,750 Euros in the state it is in.

We have recently acquired this old house in the small village of Eskar Josef. It is only around 20 minutes drive to Ruse. The village is lovely with a little zoo, restaurant and bar and shop.

The property is on the edge of the village. It has at one point been a lovely cottage but it has been left un-occupied and un-cared for, for several years.

Downstairs there are 2 rooms and 2 basement rooms and upstairs there are 3 rooms and a balcony. The house needs major renovations and some roof repairs.

The summer kitchen has collapsed. There is an outside toilet at the far end of the property.

The plot is 920 m2 and there are various outbuildings in poor states.

The property was sold by an agent several years ago for around 9,900 Euros. We are looking for offers of around 3,500 Euros as the house now needs a lot of work.
