Iran Blog : The Tehran Metro is knows as Iran's premier metro but I was surprised to learn many more towns had metros. Shiraz is building its own two line metro. Line 1 is complete and line 2 under development. Again this is not the image of a country under 45 years of sanctions to be building so many metro lines when Toronto is 5 years behind opening the Eglinton line.
