The Best We Ever Stayed At!
“We stayed 2 nights here with 4 adults and 4 children/teenagers. We have stayed at MANY VRBO's as well as Airbnb's, this one by FAR had everything we could even think about needing for our families. The welcome baskets, labeling, & instruction book were such a nice an important asset to making our stay so easy and relaxing. The attention to detail, cleanliness, & organization is truly impeccable at this property. We will definitely be staying here whenever we are back in the springs!”

“This beautiful home surpassed our expectations. This exceptional home is a DON'T MISS. You have everything you need. All the Comforts of home and more. We vacationed with our 3 grandchildren and this home offered a special downstairs play room with ample board games, Xbox , bikes for the children to ride in the cul-de-sac. Beautiful Granite counters in the kitchen. Every pot and pan and utensil that you could think of is there for your convenience. The supplies that are there for your convenience toilet paper,paper towels, laundry detergent, the list goes on and on. We hosted a family reunion for our elders, and this beautiful home accommodated 25 people. So, if you're looking to rent a vacation spot in Colorado Springs, don't miss this one. By far the best we have ever stayed in. Two years ago, we came to Colorado Springs to visit my husband's family and stayed at the Broadmoor Hotel but I would much rather stay in this beautiful home! It is so comfortable, inviting and clean. I can't say enough about it.”

Perfect Property for Multi-Generations
We thoroughly enjoyed the property. Beautifully furnished and well maintained. We are a cooking family, most meals we ate in. Kitchen is great for family cooking and sharing stories at the dining room table. Whatever your interests from literature, movies, games or nature your family will find it here. We did a lot of walks and found the mountain trail one cal-de-sac to the West of the house, just travel down Schnauzer Alley and you get a local trail to hike. Oh and don't miss the sunset. We spent most days sightseeing but my parents enjoyed some quite down time at the house. Downstairs is so spacious you can have multiple activities going on at the same time. I loved it because it was cooler downstairs. Also fireplaces and plenty of blankets throughout the house. A nice touch were the welcome baskets in each room. The owners are responsive and we're great to deal with. It is located well for Manitou Springs and Pikes Peak about a 30 minute drive. I highly recommend this property.

The backyard is professionally landscaped, the neighborhood is comfortable, and the location is central to anything you'd want to do/see in CO Springs.

“Everything was great! The house was exactly as described. It was an amazing space. We really enjoyed the back patio, very private. We loved all the toys for our girls, especially the playhouse in the backyard. All the beds were very comfortable. Rick and Julie were great hosts and were quick to respond with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again when in the area!”

“From initial booking through our departure everything went smoother than anything I've experienced with a vacation rental. Julie was on top of the whole process, providing details and information on how to get there, access to the house, and where things were located. The house was immaculate and exactly as described and shown in the pictures. It was perfect for our party of six adults and six teens, visiting for my granddaughter's wedding. It was such a beautiful place that the bride and bridesmaids decided to use it as a staging area the morning of the wedding. The back yard was so enjoyable in the morning with a cup of coffee and we made good use of the BBQ in the evenings. There were so many extras that we kept discovering things that were totally unexpected (even toys for young children of visitors to keep them occupied). If you are looking for a place in Colorado Springs, this should be your first option. Also a perfect location for exploring the surrounding areas. Many thanks to Julie and Rick for making this available and ensuring it was a wonderful experience.”

Exactly as described and perfectly lovely
“The home was very clean and comfortable. The host welcomed us with a beautiful fruit basket which we enjoyed. We only needed a few of the bedrooms, but the home can accommodate larger groups easily. The kitchen was stocked with all cooking essentials - equipment and ingredients. We shopped and enjoyed making our meals, including a grill out one evening on the lovely back patio. A dishwasher made cleanup easy too!
We also appreciated a large dvd collection and tv selections, as well as high speed internet. Our adult daughter traveled with us and was able to complete a web-based class and related assignments online. The home also has an onsite washer and dryer.
The location provided easy access to several of our favorite places: Garden of the Gods, Palmer Park, the downtown area and the Air Force Academy - all only about 15 -20 minutes away.
The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Garage parking for one vehicle was plenty for us. We wish we had enough time to use the bikes, but so glad the option was available.
Julie, the owner, was easy to work with to plan for our stay, answered all questions promptly and respected our privacy throughout the stay. We hope to stay here on future visits back to Colorado Springs.”
