She braved the temperatures in the teens and winds to search for my hat, which she ended up finding. She put it in a secure spot with a note on it with my name for my pick up, which I was able to do four days later. I really appreciate her taking the extra effort to find my hat, as it has sentimental value associated with it. Thank you Racquel!"
