Dear Operators & Friends,

Again we are fighting to protect the citizens of New York State . Again the Billionaire's from California are trying to push around the middle class owners of New York business and the citizens of this state by wanting their companies (UBER & LYFT) to be exempt from having "For Hire" Insurance, licenses, registrations and to be able to operate freely in any municipality regardless of that areas laws. New york States Small business have been struggling with the changes in the economy and with additional regulation, but one thing is we have never sacrificed the safety or protection of our passengers for the sake of a dollar. Not having insurance that completely protects the passengers ( Liability, workers compensation, and unemployment insurances) or making sure a driver can legitimately drive passengers ( background checks, training, ). Please take a moment and send you representatives a message by signing this petition . For the protection of New York Citizens and you!
