FALL 2017 SCHEDULE!

Class Schedule
Tuesday - Boot Camp 9:30-10:30am
Thursday - Yoga 10:00-11:00am
Thursday - Yoga 7:00-8:00pm
To reserve your spot in a class, please PM ME and indicate which class you are interesting in attending. Class space is limited, but must have at least 3 confirmed participants to run.
For Boot Camp class, in addition to your mat, towel and water you must also bring a set of 5 or 8lb weights depending on your fitness level/personal choice.
FAQ's:
- Class duration is 1 hour
- cost per class is $15.00/drop-in or $120.00 for a 10 class pass (Passes can be used for any class at your discretion and never expire, but are non-transferable and non-refundable)
- Cancellations must be done within 24 hours of the class or you will be charged for the class
- Classes must have a minimum of 3 attendees to run. You will be notified as soon as possible should there be a class cancellation
- Please remember to arrive a few minutes early to set up, place phones on silent and bring your own yoga mat & water bottle
