​​Class Schedule
Tuesday - Boot Camp 9:30-10:30am
Thursday - Yoga 10:00-11:00am
Thursday - Yoga 7:00-8:00pm

To reserve your spot in a class, ​please PM ME and indicate which class you are interesting in attending. Class space is limited, but must have at least 3 confirmed participants to run.

For Boot Camp class, in addition to your mat, towel and water you must also bring a set of 5 or 8lb weights depending on your fitness level/personal choice.

​FAQ's:​
- Class duration is 1 hour
- cost per class is $15.00/drop-in or $120.00​ ​for a 10 class pass (Passes can be used for any class at your discretion and never expire​, but are non-transferable and non-refundable​)
​- ​Cancellations must be done within 24 hours of the class or you will be charged for the class
​- ​Classes must have a minimum of 3 attendees to run. You will be notified as soon as possible should there be a ​class ​cancellation
​- ​Please remember to arrive a few minutes early to set up, place phones on silent and bring your own yoga mat & water bottle

Hello Friends!

Welcome to new session of evening yoga classes at Balanced Health Holistic Wellness beginning May 4th!

Hurry, space is LIMITED to a maximum of 6 per class!
For just $99 you get 8 consecutive weeks beginning May 4, 2016.
One hour classes run Wednesday 7:00pm-8:00pm
Classes are open to all abilities and modifications are provided for all poses to meet all levels

Remember, at Balanced Health, "EVERYBODY IS A YOGA BODY"!!!

Registration begins Friday April 15th and is on a first come first serve basis as space is limited.

FAQ's
- Classes duration is 1 hour and runs Wednesdays 7:00 - 8:00 pm
- Cost for the 8 week session is $99.00
- Session runs May 4 - June 22 inclusive
- There are no refunds or credits for any missed classes
- Please remember to arrive a few minutes early to set up, place phones on silent and bring your own yoga mat & water bottle (optional items include a blanket and/or bolster but blocks are available for student use)
- Your space is not guaranteed until full payment and completed registration forms have been received

Spring has Sprung! Come nourish yourself body & soul and experience a yoga class at the Balanced Health Holistic Wellness Studio! Located in my home in Richmond Hill, nothing beats small intimate classes to meet your specific level and needs. Classes appropriate for all levels and modifications always offered to suit your abilities. Weekly classes run Tuesdays 10:30-11:30am and Thursdays 10:00-11:00am. Evening classes coming later this spring. Walk-In or Multi-Class passes available. Private, Semi-Private and Custom Group options as well.
