Starting May - October

Fully furnished 3 bedroom, one bathroom cottage in a quiet part of the park with lots of mature trees for shade.

Maximum sleeps 8 ppl

3 bedrooms:
1 queen bed
2 single bunk beds
1 double with a single bunk over top
1 double pull out couch

Fully equipped:

✅Toaster
✅Keriug coffee maker
✅Kettle
✅Pots and pans
✅BBQ
✅Smart TV
✅ Wifi
✅Central A/C
✅ Lifted golf carts
✅Add on room

Must be at least 30 years of age
🚫No pets due to allergy
🚫No Smoking or va**ng indoors.
If you smoke outside on the property you must ensure that you properly dispose of your cigarette butts
Fire wood no supplied
Must bring own bedding (including pillows), towels, toiletries and food.
50% of the rental price is required upon booking to secure your reservation *paid by transfer
Full payment is due 3 days prior to check-in *paid by etransfer
$500 security deposit is also required at time of full payment, and will be returned within 2 days of inspection of the cottage for any damages.
Cottage must be left how it was found, this includes cleaning after yourself and garbage disposal.
It is your responsibility to clean and dispose of your garbage.
Funplex passes are NOT included in rental price, can be purchased from Sherkston Shores at the Welcome Centre
Golf Cart Driver must have a G class license and returned as received.
